Why does our FR10 puck grip keep needing another pickup adjustment?

The tray still appears located, but our aluminium puck sits less square after the fingers close. We have accumulated pickup adjustments without a matched physical check. I want to compare tray seating, puck condition and the complete tool before anyone calls it arm drift or teaches another correction.

When does it tilt: before contact, during closure or after lifting?

During closure in the retained view. The puck starts flat in the pocket and one side rises as the contacts engage.

Have maintenance compare both contact faces and their mounting against the defined assembly.

Inspection is arranged with the retained puck and tray. Controls has saved the job versions for reviewing the accumulated edits. No further pickup change proposed.

Keep the receiving release in the eventual return checks too.
