Does the supplier have your tool model, or are they waiting for somebody to send it?
19 pointsToolmaker has it, robot supplier didn't. Both thought I was joining the drawings up. I coordinate the review, I don't have a secret CAD department.

11 pointsRobot supplier is taking that on. They've got the complete tool and our machine fitter's open-door measurements. Still no route result, but at least the missing job has an owner.
