Our FR10 main hardware matches the order and the installed tool cable is present. The additional cable in the promised spare kit is not. After 48 days of next shipment replies from the seller in China, what should I ask for before our housing-transfer plan moves on without it?
Ask whether the identified spare is actually available and which supply proposal they can commit to. Tracking is the wrong question until there is a parcel. Keep the complete kit shortage listed too, if other promised items are absent.
The shortage request names the additional cable and the remaining spare-kit contents. I have asked for stock and a proposed dispatch date. Our installed cable is not part of that request.
Who will follow up if the next answer is still next shipment? A named owner helps, although I mean ownership of the chase, not proof that supply is arranged.
Purchasing has taken the follow-up. Seller says the spare cable is awaiting replenishment, without a date. Maintenance has the missing-spare status; no alternative purchase or credit agreed.
Then the new information is unavailable stock, not a shipment delay you can trace. Ask purchasing to get the offered alternatives and their terms before the workshop buys a second cable in frustration.
