Our FR10 bezel inspection folder has bright lines that move when presentation changes. Labelled scratched, but I cannot find a physical inspection result for those pieces. How should I rebuild the references before threshold tuning?

Start with identified physical samples and have quality judge them under the agreed viewing conditions. Keep doubtful ones doubtful. Then capture the imaging comparisons with the part, area and lighting recorded together. Whoever maintains the station later will need those references, not just a folder called rejects.
