The new UR15 is getting the speed headlines. For short batches I'd rather see a filmed changeover between two jobs, with the clock running while someone fetches the tooling. Anyone else wish launch demos spent more time on that? I'm putting together questions for a supplier visit, not claiming a problem with this arm. https://www.universal-robots.com/news-and-media/news-center/universal-robots-introduces-its-fastest-ever-cobot-to-enable-unprecedented-performance-in-collaborative-automation/

Two jobs is a start. Make the second one use a different jaw set or you're mostly watching somebody open a file.

Include returning the first set to storage. If the demo ends with everything on the bench, the next shift inherits the rest of the job.

Keeping both of those. The tidy-up is exactly the sort of time my spreadsheet quietly loses.
