Our alternating UR5e layout rotates shipping cartons over gaps along their preferred support direction; what should packaging and tooling establish together before I accept that pattern?
Has packaging marked the required bearing regions of the filled carton over the pallet and each lower layer, and can the integrator show the full tool placing, releasing and withdrawing beside the cartons already there?
Packaging has now marked required bearing regions and rejected two rotated positions in the current pattern; tooling is reviewing alternatives on that same load definition, with none accepted yet.
