I've got an FR5 proposal that reaches our polymer blank nicely, except the drawing has deleted the open door and drawn the gripper as a point. What exactly should I send back for revision?

Ask for the actual machine envelope with the door open, plus the complete gripper holding the blank through approach and withdrawal. Include the adapter and service routing. The current drawing only checks a target location, so it cannot settle your access question.
