Which FR5 export should our coupon-inspection screenshots describe?

I have been given screenshots for the main inspection routine, with no revision or subprogram list. Our FR5 handover also omits the coupon fixture assumptions and ordinary PLC conditions. What should I ask the integrator to supply while they are still available?

The installed export with its called routines, first. Then match the pictures to it. I would not build a beautiful guide around screenshots nobody can connect to the actual job.

They supplied the export and identified the called routines. One manages the result identity and is not mentioned anywhere in the screenshots.

That missing routine sounds important for interruption. Can the integrator explain what remains pending when a result has not arrived, rather than show only the ordinary pass page?

Our handover once assumed the same fixture insert stayed fitted forever. Ask them to name the physical setup alongside the result logic. Otherwise two correct documents can still describe different jobs.

Zara, the insert reference is now identified. Mia, the author is adding the pending-result and unmatched-result cases. They had been explained verbally to the first tutor only.

Use a different tutor for the walkthrough. The first one may supply the missing explanation from memory and make the document look better than it is.

And ask who they contact when the case is genuinely unresolved. A screenshot cannot assign somebody the authority to accept a coupon.

The covering tutor tried the draft and found the fixture-selection picture was obsolete. Corrected that. They could explain the normal run, but the unresolved-result contact is still only a person's first name.

Get the actual role and contact route, including cover. Otherwise your training cell depends on that person never taking leave.

Agreed with the lead now, including cover. We have not repeated the full walkthrough since those corrections, so the handover remains a draft rather than an issued package.
