Keep the captions out of training until that changes. I've just had to do that with a draft deck: a confident arrow gets copied far more easily than the uncertainty somebody mentioned during the meeting.

Quality accepted the broad streak on one plate and rejected a shallow groove on another. Regions recorded. Holder comparison remains pending.

Then the next question is whether the agreed groove is visible across the intended presentations while accepted finish remains distinguishable. Include repeated seating and recorded lighting, not just the most flattering photograph of each plate

Who will keep the physical plates available for the trainer, Lin? The person taking over needs to relate a new observation to the actual reference, not only a cropped image and a remembered explanation.
