A complete robot delivery with one unfinished spare-kit promise

i received our Universal Robots UR5e from an unnamed seller in China and checked that the main hardware matches the order. We've the installed gripper mounting adapter, but not the additional one in the promised spare kit. For 47 days the seller has said 'next shipment' without a tracking reference. Our plans include placing parts in assembly nests, and the spare-kit issue remains open

Does the final order confirmation explicitly include an additional gripper mounting adapter? Comparing that wording with your inventory would distinguish the promised spare from the installed component.

Yes, the final seller message names the extra gripper mounting adapter. i've checked the packaging and accessory list. We've the normal setup components, but no spare kit

Use the confirmed spare commitment and received inventory to ask for its part code and dispatch status. A dispatched kit should also have a transport reference they can identify.

@NadiaArcher0378 Is it petty to keep chasing this when the robot itself arrived? The replies make it sound like a tiny favour
