Cannot accept the UR5e carton tool from one smooth sample

Our proposed trial has 21 packed cartons with ordinary seams, print and board variation, but the supplier demonstrated the UR5e vacuum tool on a smooth sample; what should the complete comparison include before I accept the pickup concept?

Packing-selected examples from the accepted incoming range. Complete pickup, transfer, destination release and uncertain-pick response. Show any turning or preparation too; the person doing that is part of your proposed job.

Packing has sent examples with normal tape overlaps and both finishes, and the supplier has agreed to show the destination release and any manual preparation.

Did that trial expose a particular troublesome condition?

One accepted board finish gave inconsistent pickup while the other completed the sequence, so the supplier is comparing a revised cup arrangement with the same sample set rather than excluding that finish from the result.

Keep the failed attempts and the ordinary order ending in the repeat. A better cup arrangement still has to leave the last carton where your operator expects it.
