FR5 and tray gripper order still shows label created. Seller repeats the screenshot as proof of shipment. I have asked for the collector's acceptance against the packed order instead.

Ask whether collection actually occurred. Label creation can precede a parcel being ready.

Seller admits it has not been collected. They were waiting for the gripper packing list. I asked who supplies it and what remains before collection can be arranged.

Keep the readiness answer separate from a booking. Who owns the missing packing-list information?

And stop the shipped status wandering into your production plan. We've all got enough optimistic boxes on schedules without adding a crate that's still waiting for its own contents list

Seller's dispatch coordinator owns the list. It is now complete against the ordered package, and they have supplied a new collection booking. Production planning knows it is booked, not collected.

Is the original label still active?

Cancelled. New booking has its own reference, with the old cancellation linked in our file. No collector acceptance yet.

Use the new reference for the next enquiry, but keep the original in the history so receiving doesn't expect two orders when both numbers circulate.

Any actual collection since that booking, Sara?

Have dispatch confirm the collected package marks with that answer. A new tracking page is useful, but the planner still needs to know the arm and gripper actually joined the movement.
