Which FR10 guide covers the arm cable we actually received?

Sent that comparison. The mismatch is now marked on the relevant guide page as well as shown in the photographs. I have asked for service, not another model confirmation.

Have your installer review the eventual response against the delivered assembly, since a differently dated manual is not useful unless it actually describes the configuration in front of you.

Installer has the same bundle. Service says it is checking the cable reference. No matching connection instruction supplied yet. We have left the delivered arrangement untouched.

Do the external cable labels give a full part reference, or is service trying to identify it from a cropped photograph?

Full label visible at both ends. They have acknowledged the reference, not identified the applicable guide. We are waiting for that answer rather than guessing from the connectors.

Fair enough, no need to send the same pictures endlessly then; ask for the named technical person owning that reference check.

Has that technical review produced a matched guide or an identified discrepancy in the supplied kit? Either needs a clear answer before the installer can proceed.
