I am working out a naming scheme for fixture and jaw drawings before I have a pile of almost identical files. For an FR5 tooling proposal, would you give the pair one assembly number with two detail numbers, or make the matching revision explicit in each filename? I am asking about the drawing records, not suggesting that a label alone proves a pair is suitable. Examples of a scheme that stayed understandable after several revisions would help.
