Our delivered alignment adapter has a different shoulder position and suffix from the accepted fixture drawing. Thirty-four days waiting for an equivalence comparison. Tooling unfitted. The seller has supplied reassurance, not the missing dimensions.

Ask for the identified supplied adapter drawing and have your fixture designer mark the seating conflict against the accepted revision; keep the complete assembly out of installation until that comparison is settled.

Supplied drawing received. Designer confirms the shoulder prevents the fixture plate seating. Seller proposes another spacer rather than the agreed adapter.

Ask whether they can supply the agreed adapter before pricing a redesign around their substitute.

They say the agreed reference is available from another warehouse. I have asked for a definite replacement proposal.

Available from another warehouse still needs a stock confirmation, Leo, plus who covers the return of this supplied adapter.

Both are in the request. No confirmed stock or return arrangement yet.

Then leave the original mismatch open. A promising warehouse is not a replacement plate.
