The seller calls our UR5e and tray gripper shipped, but tracking has shown label created for twenty-one days. Every reply repeats the screenshot. I need a collection answer before arranging receiving for the molded-sample setup; what should that answer identify?
I've asked for that against our package reference. The reply still only shows the label, so collection remains unconfirmed and I have not treated the printed destination as a shipment location.
