Ask for the consolidation record showing what was attached to that pallet. The pallet count may be correct while the crate count is wrong. Include the seller's individual crate markings.
6 pointsOur arrival photo shows only the arm crate on the pallet. Seller's packing photo shows the smaller crate beside it, not secured to it.
5 pointsAsk the depot whether that smaller marked crate was received and where it was assigned. Beside the pallet in a seller photo doesn't establish it travelled on that pallet.
13 pointsSent both photos and the pendant crate marking. Depot is checking its intake record. No location confirmed. I have told planning the package is incomplete rather than delivered and awaiting setup.
8 pointsGet the seller to provide their handover record for that specific crate too. That gives the depot another point to compare if their intake search finds nothing.
