Our FR5 labels match the order, but the arm cable connections don't match the guide. Seller keeps resending it. Still unpowered. I need the right revision before our fixture-loading setup can continue.

Which part differs in your photos: the cable ends, the cabinet connection, or both? I'd send that exact mismatch beside the labels so they can't answer by resending page one again
