Reference-plate inspection handover is mostly screenshots. No revisions, called routines, fixture assumptions or ordinary PLC expectations. Integrator still available. What do I ask for first?
Request the identifiable running program package with its called routines, then have the integrator map the screenshots to it or mark their revision unknown. Use that package to build the dependency list.
Also check whether the main routine actually calls it in the supplied version. A picture may show an obsolete name, or the export may genuinely omit a dependency.
Have the integrator walk one reference-plate cycle through that version with the responsible fixture and controls people. Record what each call expects and how an unmet ordinary condition appears to the operator.
