I overlaid the packaging section on our FR5 pallet sketch and the carton bearing edge sits right in the proposed finger channel, so I need both reviewers looking at this together before anyone orders the tool

Send the overlay with the filled-case identity and lower-layer revision; ask for support and complete tool withdrawal to be reviewed as one arrangement

Sent it, and found packaging used an empty case in its first explanation; the actual component load bears near the ends, not across the middle

Has packaging seen that actual load arrangement?

That changes the support question. Keep the empty-case example labelled as such so it doesn't keep returning as approval for the packed one.

Rick, yes, the packing lead has the filled case and confirmed the load position; thanks Mei, the empty-case slide is withdrawn from this review

And the tool designer has the same section?

Hassan, make the section part of the shared revision, not another loose attachment someone has to remember to open
