I ordered an FR5 through a seller on Alibaba for moving trays between our lab benches. The seller has sent a photo of three wrapped crates, but nothing in it connects a crate to our order. Tracking still only shows the label.
Our electrician needs a date before booking the controller work. Is there a specific collection document I should ask for?
Does this collection screenshot actually cover our FR5?

Our crate photo proved nothing either. Ask for carrier acceptance tied to your consignment number.

Thanks, that distinction helped. Asked for the acceptance record and got a warehouse packing list instead. Still can't give the electrician a date.
