FR5 freight references do not tell me who has the mounting kit

Forty-nine days asking where our FR5 order is. Seller in China says handed to the freight agent; agent says awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. The gripper mounting kit is on the packing list, but neither update locates it. Sorting installation still cannot be planned.

Ask both parties to map their references to the physical package markings and dated handover records. Include which package contains the mounting kit; an order number alone may conceal separate movements.

Seller supplied a booking note, not a receipt. Agent confirms the second reference is the warehouse booking for that note. Still no physical handover evidence.

Then ask the seller for the last confirmed custody point of the marked packages. The reference link explains the paperwork, but not their claim that freight already has them.

Seller now confirms both marked packages remain at their dispatch area awaiting collection. Mounting kit is identified in the smaller one. They corrected the shipped update; collection is only proposed.

Keep that correction with the installation update. Ask who will provide the collection receipt when it happens, so the next booking screenshot is not mistaken for the missing handover.
