Our FR10 controller crate is still missing behind a delivered consignment

The arm crate arrived, the separately identified controller crate did not. This was consolidated freight from our unnamed seller in China. Fifty-one days asking for that specific crate, while tracking says delivered and the receipt count remains unclear. What evidence would establish where the controller actually went?

Start with the crate marks and the contents allocation, then compare the receipt to what your receiving team physically recorded. Ask the forwarder to explain its count unit and trace the missing mark, including any internal relabelling.

Keep the received arm separate from the controller trace; one delivered crate does not establish delivery of the other.

Forwarder explains the receipt count as one consolidated pallet, not one crate. Our receiving photographs show only the arm crate on it. I have sent those beside the two-crate packing allocation.

Do the photos retain the consolidation label as well as the arm crate mark?

Yes. The warehouse has linked that pallet label to its breakdown record. It lists the controller crate as held separately pending another dispatch instruction, not loaded with the arm.

Have they physically located it now, or only found that historical hold entry?

They have located a crate with the matching mark and supplied current label photographs. Seller confirms that is the controller package. Onward delivery is being arranged; no collection record yet.

Keep the warehouse hold explanation with the corrected trace. You have a current location for the identified crate, but your own receipt and contents verification remain outstanding.

Tell receiving which separate crate to expect. It shouldn't become an unidentified extra when it finally arrives.
