Which released bracket measurement should our FR5 proposal inherit?

I can link the old fit-up and correction notes to individual brackets, but the clamped check measures outside width and the released failure measures hole spacing. Our FR5 proposal treats them as one changing dimension. I want that comparison fixed before anyone buys more restraint for the fixture.

Keep the two features separate. Ask inspection which drawing revision and support method belongs to each released result. Subtracting unrelated dimensions will not improve the bracket.

Released check is drawing H, on the identified inspection supports. The clamped outside width was a fit-up note, not the acceptance feature. I've removed the calculated difference from the proposal.

Our route once counted the return to inspection as another correction. Does your estimate distinguish the actual correction work from its later check, now the dimensions are separated?

It does not yet. The fabricator recognises one correction operation, but the worksheet has both correction and inspection-return intervals in the labour total. We are taking observations on the current job instead of deriving work time from those gaps.

Who owns correcting the existing estimate? The new observations won't repair the copy already with purchasing on their own.

Estimator has reissued it. Current observations retain first-release hole spacing, one correction where needed, and the separate return result and waiting time. The old width-to-spacing calculation and double labour allowance are gone. Quality and fabrication reviewed the linked examples before purchasing received the replacement.
