our fr5 exchange picture stops where the gripper should be

I can see how our polymer blank reaches the fixture in the sketch, but the gripper body and open door are missing, so I can't judge whether we can get it back out. I'd like one combined exchange review before the supplier prices the stand as a settled choice.

Ask for the measured machine and door geometry with the complete tool, held blank and intended grip. Include loaded withdrawal, placement and empty return. The setter's fixture-change space belongs on that same layout.

Combined review rejected the original stand position because loaded withdrawal crosses the door projection. The farther candidate clears that movement but blocks the setter's trolley, so neither is being ordered. We're checking whether a different complete tooling arrangement is worth studying before moving anything else in the bay.
