That one format might still be worth keeping, but I'd give it an ordinary order with all the preparation and clearing included. Not another tidy transfer clip. And don't make a fresh guide just to give the proposed trial something nicer to look at.

How often does that stable format run, and is its volume enough to carry the shared setup and support work? A useful subset can still be too small.

Jonas, yes, within the agreed supported trial. An unsupported operator should not be left to invent adjustments for the sake of a realistic comparison.

Whole-order comparison is back. Stable format transferred reliably, but setup and clearing ate the saving on our usual order. Its larger orders are too infrequent to carry the support cost.

That gives you a decision for your order mix. Has the planner included the likely packaging changes, or treated that one format as permanently stable?

Packaging has another change planned for that format. We have stopped this transfer proposal instead of commissioning another guide. Manual packing remains the priced route.
