Our delivered FR10 has an arm cable labelled differently from both supplied diagrams. Seller stopped answering after I sent photos. Still unpowered. I need a documented match, not another guess at which PDF is newer.

Send one numbered discrepancy list with the arm, cabinet and cable identifiers, and ask for a written match to a specific manual revision. If the seller remains silent, an authorised support route or qualified integrator may be able to identify it; leave the connections alone meanwhile.
