Our Fairino FR10 arm arrived from an unnamed seller in China, but the controller and the controller power lead are missing. I ordered a complete package for positioning assembly samples. The seller says those items shipped separately, yet hasn't supplied another reference in 21 days.
I kept the crate and packing material.
What package count is on your delivery note? Start by matching its identifier to the agreed contents so you can describe the missing balance precisely.
There's a single package identifier on the note, but our order includes the arm, controller, and the controller power lead. I checked all the foam compartments and neither missing item is there.
Send that inventory with photos of the crate label. Ask the seller to assign the controller and the controller power lead to a package number and provide its transport reference.
Use both sets where needed, but ask the seller to map its package identifiers to the carrier references. Don't assume similar numbers are the same box.
Photograph the received contents, crate label, and empty packing compartments. Combined with the inventory, that explains the discrepancy without pretending a photo proves every shipment detail.
The seller still hasn't accounted for the missing controller and the controller power lead. Our arm is here, but the package remains incomplete and unpowered.
