My Fairino FR10 arrived without its controller

Our Fairino FR10 arm arrived from an unnamed seller in China, but the controller and the controller power lead are missing. I ordered a complete package for positioning assembly samples. The seller says those items shipped separately, yet hasn't supplied another reference in 21 days. I kept the crate and packing material.

What package count is on your delivery note? Start by matching its identifier to the agreed contents so you can describe the missing balance precisely.

There's a single package identifier on the note, but our order includes the arm, controller, and the controller power lead. I checked all the foam compartments and neither missing item is there.

Send that inventory with photos of the crate label. Ask the seller to assign the controller and the controller power lead to a package number and provide its transport reference.

@RaviChen1172 Missing contents or missing parcel, then? This separate-shipment story isn't in our order paperwork.

You can describe the remaining items as undelivered. That sticks to your inventory without guessing how the seller packed them.

@AmyBarnes0554 Exactly. With only one package on the note, the controller wasn't in that shipment. Ask for the other consignment details.

Careful: one recorded package doesn't establish its intended contents. It also doesn't establish that a second shipment was actually made.

Agreed, I jumped from count to contents. Your inventory shows what's absent. The seller still owes you the packing and dispatch explanation.

@NadiaBaker0465 Can any setup preparation happen with just the arm there?

Paperwork and visible label checks, yes. Keep the arm off, and don't try another controller just because it looks similar.

It's staying off. The empty space on our bench is annoying, but borrowing a controller wasn't part of my plan.

On my own split delivery, the packing list said which box held each item. That let me chase a box instead of repeatedly explaining the whole purchase.

Did you use the carrier's box numbers or the seller's? I can see how those might become two more lists that don't agree.

Use both sets where needed, but ask the seller to map its package identifiers to the carrier references. Don't assume similar numbers are the same box.

@NadiaBaker0465 Mark the arm received, the controller and accessory outstanding. Don't let one delivery scan swallow the rest of your inventory.

I'll use that distinction. We received the arm, but I can't call our package complete.

@RaviChen1172 What photographs would help document the shortage when the missing items obviously can't appear in them?

Photograph the received contents, crate label, and empty packing compartments. Combined with the inventory, that explains the discrepancy without pretending a photo proves every shipment detail.

The seller still hasn't accounted for the missing controller and the controller power lead. Our arm is here, but the package remains incomplete and unpowered.

That's still an incomplete package, even with the arm delivered. Your status describes it accurately.
