Can't plan the UR5e arrival from a label that never changes

Seller has supplied a warehouse slip. It has a different reference from the carrier label and describes one machine crate, no customer name or crate mark.

Ask the seller and agent to link that slip to your marked crate; machine crate is not an identification.

Give whoever is planning your workshop space that uncertainty now, because a vague shipped message has a habit of turning into an assumed arrival when passed through three people

Workshop knows there's no arrival estimate we can use. I had pencilled a space reservation in, but have labelled it provisional rather than passing on the seller's optimism.

Good, and don't let the mounting plate vanish behind the arm in the paperwork; is it packed inside that crate or listed separately?

Packing list says inside the arm crate. The warehouse slip doesn't mention contents. I've asked for the crate identity first, then confirmation against that list.

Is the warehouse address on the slip the one named by the freight agent?

Worth checking the issuer too, Alex Chen; a seller's internal slip could look like a receiving record without having come from the warehouse.

Our receipt was for repacking. Ask which handover that slip records.

Alex Adams, address matches the named warehouse. Hassan and Hana, agent confirms the slip is their receiving entry, but they're still checking which crate it covers. I haven't called that collection confirmed.

Agent found a receiving photo with our crate mark. They confirm that crate is in their warehouse awaiting consolidation. The final carrier hasn't collected it.

That is an actual place to point to, at last; have they offered a next-leg plan or only confirmed where it is?

Only its location. Seller says they are asking for a consolidation slot. No slot confirmed, no date given to our workshop.

Has the agent supplied a next-leg reference since then? The original label may still be intended for the later carrier movement, but ask them to confirm that link.

And did anyone confirm the mounting plate against that packing list?

Hassan, no next-leg booking yet. Alex Adams, seller says the plate is inside; warehouse has only identified the sealed crate. Contents will still need checking at receipt.

Keep that receiving photo. Ours became useful again when the crate was repacked.
