Which bracket measurement am I meant to give the fixture supplier?

I wouldn't send only the finished drawing and hope they price the awkward bit. Tell them the old process needed correction, with the limits of what you know.

He says the gusset fit varied. I hadn't even included fit-up photos in the enquiry.

Were the gussets all to the same revision? Not claiming that's the cause, just wondering what varied before welding started.

Leave room for the supplier to say the incoming condition needs work before fixture design. Buying more restraint because it sounds decisive would worry me here.
