the fr10 booking is found but the crate still is not

I have seen a booking match mistaken for a located package before, so I am being careful with our FR10 freight reply: the agent has matched its reference to the seller's order, but has not confirmed the marked crate or tray gripper at the warehouse. What physical handover should I ask it to trace?

Start with the seller's actual collection or handover receipt, the crate marking and named recipient, then ask the agent to trace the next physical intake. Keep the gripper on the contents record. A booking found in a system is still only a booking found in a system.

Seller supplied a collector receipt naming the marked crate. Agent says that collector delivers to a separate intake desk. It is checking there now; the warehouse booking match had not triggered that search

Ask for the intake desk's physical finding against the marking, not just another reference cross-link. If they find it, the useful answer includes where it is held now and what contents record accompanies it.

Desk has acknowledged the search but not located the crate. I have left the two established facts separate: collection receipt supplied, warehouse location unconfirmed. Installation isn't booked against that search

Who owns the next update at the agent, Priya? One named search contact would be more useful now than another round of sales forwarding the same booking screenshot.
