An FR5 stop video with no matching application message

Our imported FR5 spacer loader pauses after a tray change. I sent the seller a video, then discovered the application screenshot attached to the ticket came from a different occurrence. Rebuilding the report now. Which observations should be captured together?

The current message and tray indication would help. What did the video actually show?

Spacer placed, tool withdrawn, no next pickup. The controller display is out of frame. No useful sound either.

Start by telling the seller the screenshot was unrelated. Otherwise someone will spend an afternoon explaining a fault you never photographed.

Done. Removed it from the incident attachment list, but left the correction in the conversation so the earlier reply is understandable.

Can your controls person capture the requested step and the relevant input states for that same pause? I'd include how the application and controller times were compared

And the tray identity. Ours became much easier to discuss once that stopped being just tray.

Controls can capture those. More precisely, the camera can show the displays together; the exported logs use different clocks, which we will account for.

How often is production losing time to this? Support will need the technical detail, but planning also needs a usable description of the interruption.

I wouldn't lead the technical email with downtime totals. Put them below the actual fault description, or sales may answer about urgency instead of passing the evidence to service.

I meant the internal planning note. We can have both without turning the technical report into a production meeting.

Have you caught another occurrence with the displays visible yet?

Yes. Application says waiting for tray seated. Tray is physically in place, but its seated input is off. The controller shows no alarm in that capture.

Was the tray position photographed before anyone removed it? That could help the person inspecting the target and sensor understand what was present during the missed indication

It was. Tray label, locating edge and sensor target all visible. Maintenance has the captured incident and the seller has received the same set.

Useful. Did maintenance find anything?

They found damage on that tray's locating edge and have withdrawn it for assessment. I am not calling it the cause until the inspection and comparison are finished.

That is enough for planning to distinguish equipment investigation from waiting for a replacement tray. Please say whether other trays can be used under the agreed arrangements.

Has service actually responded to this evidence set? I'd chase that answer now rather than sending another video with no question attached.
