Our UR5e receipt says two packages and the freight page says delivered. Sounds lovely until you look at the receiving photos: arm crate and a small loose document box. The tooling crate in the seller's packing list is a third, separately marked thing. I've asked for that mark to be traced, but the replies keep congratulating us on receiving two packages.
Receiving wrote its label reference against the second package line. I've got the receipt and the photo of that label. So yes, that bit is linked; the tooling mark appears on neither received package.
Send that exact reconciliation to the agent. Then ask where the tooling crate appears on the collected-piece list and subsequent warehouse movements. The seller's packing list alone won't tell you whether it joined the freight.
Agent says the tooling mark is on the consolidation warehouse intake sheet. They've sent it, but no outbound movement for that mark. I asked who is checking the warehouse stock and its relabel records.
Yes, a local pallet reference beside the crate mark. Both are in the enquiry. I can't tell whether it later travelled on that pallet or was taken off it.
I've seen a shipment enquiry branch into three expected deliveries because each forwarded message introduced a new reference without saying what it identified. Chen already has the receipt linked to its two actual packages. Keep building from that, with each new reference labelled as crate, storage pallet or outbound handling unit. Otherwise receiving ends up being asked to find things which were never separate parcels in the first place.
I've labelled the local reference as warehouse intake pallet, movement unknown. Agent has named the warehouse contact checking it. No location back yet, and nobody has promised me another delivery from that reference alone.
Only our local list, Mei. We removed the duplicate expectations after matching the references to one crate. Nothing was cancelled with a carrier, because those extra bookings had never existed.
Warehouse found the tooling crate in its hold area and sent the mark in a wide photo with the local label. Agent says it missed the outbound load. Onward movement still being arranged. Thanks for making me spell out what the second received package actually was; that stopped the delivered reply loop.
