Cannot schedule our FR5 session from label created

The Alibaba seller says our FR5 and mounting plate have shipped, but keeps sending the same label-created screenshot. I have a class to plan and no evidence anyone collected the kit. What should I request that answers the physical handover rather than reproduces the tracking page?

Ask for a collection or receiving record tied to the actual crate marking, with the carrier or first agent identified; a booking reference alone does not establish physical handover.

Ask whether that record covers the complete order, including the mounting plate. It is easier to clarify the contents now than discover a separate missing parcel at setup.

I'd plan the practical session separately from the shipping promise. We once filled the timetable before the equipment arrived, then spent the afternoon inventing something useful around an empty station.

No practical date fixed. Leah, seller now says an export agent has the crate before the named carrier. Will, they say the plate is inside the arm crate. Neither statement has a receipt attached.

Can the export agent confirm receipt using your crate mark?

That is the next physical link to verify, Luca. Ask the seller to identify the agent and supply the handover reference rather than assume the final carrier should already show a scan.

Victor, good that the session isn't booked. Have you told the teaching team why? Otherwise someone may see shipped in the seller message and helpfully reserve the room for you.

They know physical dispatch is unconfirmed. Agent contact supplied now, with a warehouse booking number. I've asked the agent directly whether it has received the identified crate.

Keep the seller's packing list beside that query. It can identify what they claim is inside, even though the agent may only be able to confirm an unopened crate.

Did the agent answer receipt, or only acknowledge the booking?

Only booking acknowledged. They say warehouse checking. No physical receipt yet.

That wording is familiar. Don't let warehouse checking become at warehouse in the teaching update. Small change in words, rather large change in what people plan.

Does the agent's search use the same crate marking as your packing list, or is it still searching only by the booking number?

They have the mark and seller's crate photograph now. I asked them to confirm the physical package, not just reconcile their two booking references.

Is the mounting plate itemised on that list, or only described as accessories? If only accessories, ask the seller to make the contents explicit while the crate is being traced.

Will, yes, but the agent may not inspect contents. I'd keep physical receipt and the seller's contents commitment as two questions.

Agreed. Contents question is for the seller. I wasn't asking the freight agent to certify the plate.

Plate is itemised by reference. Agent has located a crate with our mark and sent a warehouse photo. They have not confirmed onward collection. So location is now known, dispatch to the carrier isn't.

A much better answer. I'd still wait for an actual transport arrangement before turning the practical session into a date, especially if receiving and inspection need time after delivery.

Agreed. Told the teaching team found at agent, onward collection pending. Thank you all; at least the next question has a place and a responsible contact attached to it.
