Get the full tool assembly and measured machine opening into one model first. Include the connected lines and the tool's required states. Then compare the whole route; reaching the blank's centre is the easiest bit of this drawing.

Closed tool assembly has arrived and overlaps the open door on the proposed withdrawal; open fingers and the rear connection arrangement are still missing from the model
