The FR10 layer puts the box supports over gaps

Our proposed alternating layer fits the pallet outline. Two turned product boxes have their required support areas over gaps below. Packaging and tooling have not reviewed the same section.

Give both teams the actual filled box and the same lower-layer section. Include the complete fingers through release, not just the box in its final position.

Sent. Tooling had shown solid support beneath the turned positions. Packaging has asked for the real lower layer.

Does the proposed job include returned partial pallets, Jess? Ours changed substantially once dispatch's real returns were included instead of assuming every pallet started empty.

New pallets only. Returned work stays at the existing manual station and is included in the overall staffing estimate.

That boundary helps. We had an old higher-count drawing survive in a quote after the pattern changed, so make sure the supplier prices the same version packaging is assessing.

Have the two teams agreed whether the turned positions can remain?

They cannot remain with this box construction. Straight-row alternative proposed. Its tool withdrawal still needs drawing.

Who is costing the lower count and extra pallet changes? The returned-work allowance does not cover that new work automatically.

Dispatch planner. No final cost yet. Both options on the comparison show their actual status.

Good. A rejected pattern and an unfinished alternative are perfectly useful things for purchasing to know.
