Twenty-nine-day Alibaba ticket. UR5e connector fixture-loading stops; video insufficient. What should identify the occurrence and installed revision?

Match one occurrence time to the active step, exact message and relevant request and confirmation records, with the fixture identity and installed program revision. Ask their technical reader what that particular step waits for; a familiar-looking connector drawing is not evidence it describes your installed fixture.

Matched one stop to a locating-confirmation wait. Fixture and program references confirmed. The video hides the locating area.

Then keep physical location unknown while support and maintenance compare the confirmation source with the recorded state. The wait wording narrows the enquiry; it doesn't establish whether the fixture, sensing or sequence caused it.

That unknown is explicit in the ticket. Named technician has the matched records; no cause confirmed yet.
