Reject the demonstrated obstruction. Keep the other position provisional, not automatically acceptable.
18 pointsYou can also get the actual open-door geometry now. Waiting for final fingers doesn't stop you measuring the machine, and it might expose another obvious clash before somebody spends time refining the wrong approach.
