I have requested the complete held tool for our polymer-blank unloading review, with unfinished fittings shown as provisional. The FR5 reach sketch is still missing the open machine door. We can survey it, but I want the resulting comparison to include the setter rather than stop at the robot route.
A layout review I attended gained a usable robot route and lost the operator's trolley route, so ask the setter to mark the actual working and turning space on that same plan.
Then give the integrator both issues to compare together, Mina, because moving the stand out of that corner may change the tool approach you are still waiting to assess.
Integrator is comparing a narrower stand footprint at the same proposed base location. That is a candidate only. We still need the door measurements and complete loaded route checked.
Only the drawing so far. I have asked for that comparison and kept his approval pending. A narrower outline also needs the stand designer's assessment, so we have not ordered it.
Did the door survey reveal another constraint, Mina? Interested whether the same-location candidate is still worth considering alongside those outstanding stand and setter checks.
