I ordered Fairino FR5, including the controller connection cable, from an unnamed seller in China through Alibaba for moving sample trays.
The carrier page has shown label created for 26 days.
The seller says it's shipped but keeps sending the same screenshot.
I still don't know whether anyone collected our order.
@LouisBennett0746 Any handover or acceptance scan below the label event? If there's nothing, ask for a collection receipt tied to your shipment reference.
The carrier page has no acceptance event beneath the electronic information entry.
I checked our order: Fairino FR5 and the controller connection cable are listed together, and the seller's attachment only contains the label.
