I've got a readable message and the tray identity for this spacer stop, but the seller's reply still just says more details; what do I ask them to name?

Ask which part of the recorded step they cannot interpret, with the exact message quoted in your question.

Waiting for receive confirmation. They have that text already, I just hadn't asked which confirmation they mean.

Then ask that; the person who supplied the sequence should be able to identify its expected input.

Maya, does your capture show the receiving fixture too? I would keep its identity beside the tray identity. We had a ticket where everyone agreed on the tray and still meant different things by receive.

Receiving fixture is F4 and visible. Added that to the question.

Thanks, that answers it. No need to keep filming the arm then. The missing information sounds like their explanation of the sequence, not your ability to send them another angle.

Their technical contact says it expects F4's seated confirmation. Our technician is comparing the captured state with that description.

Have they identified which F4 device supplies that state, or only renamed the wait?

Only renamed it so far. I've sent that question back. Useful distinction, irritating answer.
