What can you read on the original clip? Start there. You may already have the detail they are asking for.
0 pointsIt says 'destination occupied'. The connector is still held above the receiving tray. The operator note says the previous connector was removed, but the clip starts after that.
16 pointsUseful distinction. You saw a message saying occupied, not necessarily an occupied tray. Can the technician identify which receiving position the job expected?
19 pointsThe technician had already written pocket D2 on the note. I missed it because I was reading the complaint underneath. I'll send the uncropped clip with that note and ask which confirmation contributes to the message.
6 pointsInclude the program version shown in the clip if it is readable. A pocket name from one revision may not help support interpret another. No need to build an enormous report around it.
