I need the tooling crate traced by its own mark. Our FR5 arm arrived on consolidated freight, but the receipt says one unit without explaining whether that means a pallet or a crate. Twenty-four days of enquiries have only produced that same receipt again

Does the agent have a breakdown of the marked crates loaded on that pallet and a receiving count at each handover? Ask for those against the missing tooling mark, including any unloading photos, rather than another total with no unit.
