Can you give them both with separate times? I mean two clearly named occurrences in the existing ticket, not two new tickets. If you choose only the tidy one they may never hear about the other behaviour.
Tell them what's different in the first line. Same housing and same station doesn't mean the same stop. Does the second recording actually show the screen throughout?
Then say message not captured for that occurrence. Thanks for checking the actual clip. I've made that mistake myself, assuming an empty bit of video meant the display had been empty too.

Who is keeping the reply moving while the technician gathers that? I'd give the seller a contact, especially if you're not the person with access to the station history.
Ask the lead to chase that comparison explicitly. Otherwise the next answer can be another request for a video you've already supplied. Two named occurrences and one unanswered question is simple enough to hand over.
