Fairino FR5: What should a useful connector mismatch report include?

I've our Fairino FR5 delivery from an unnamed seller in China, and its outside labels agree with what we ordered for positioning test pieces on a bench. The supplied guide doesn't match the connections around the controller connection panel. I've waited 31 days for useful clarification and haven't powered the setup.

@GabrielBrown0888 Does your support message include the arm and controller identifiers, a photo of the connections, and the relevant manual page? Those would make the mismatch easier to locate.

@LouisBrooks0833 I've the arm and controller identifiers plus a photo of the controller connection panel. The drawing doesn't match, and the manual filename gives no controller configuration.

@GabrielBrown0888 Put those together in a short request for the applicable document and confirmation of its configuration. Keep the setup off while connection identity is uncertain.
