Unpacked our UR5e arm and found no controller or power lead. Kept the crate, wrapping and unpacking pictures. The seller has called those two items a separate shipment for 48 days, but every reference they send belongs to the arm we've already received. Where do I get past that answer?
Dispatch replied with a warehouse photograph. Controller carton visible, no readable label. I've asked where it is now and for its actual mark; at least someone has stopped sending the arm receipt.
Henry, the list now names both. Sara Abbott, the photo was taken after my latest enquiry; carton is still at the consolidation warehouse, waiting for the seller's release instruction. So 'sent separately' was rubbish.
Sara Archer, agreed. I would also distinguish a release instruction from collection when the next update arrives; neither establishes the other on its own.
Seller has sent the release instruction and corrected the shipment account. Warehouse acknowledged it, with the controller carton mark in the reply. No collection event yet.
The forwarder's local partner has the booking. They've supplied a new transport reference linked to this carton, with collection still pending. Receiving has that reference and the controller and lead inventory.
It arrived. Controller and lead both present, markings checked against the agreed package list by our installer. Receiving has closed the two missing lines; we're arranging setup separately.
Both done. Old reference marked arm only, second receipt attached to the controller lines. Thanks Elliot for pointing me at dispatch, and both Saras for keeping the buying and planning bits straight.
