How do I trace the controller that supposedly followed our arm?

Our FR5 arm arrived, controller and pendant cable didn't. Seller says separate shipment. I asked for its reference and got the arm's delivery note again. We unpacked everything and kept the packing. I mean everything, including the little carton they suggested checking twice. What should I ask for so we stop discussing the crate that's already here?

Only the arm crate. The order list has all three items, but the delivery note doesn't. I've marked the missing lines for purchasing.

Ask for the second crate's dispatch record and carrier acceptance. Its own reference, specifically.

Sent that. They replied with a warehouse photo and said they're checking the number. Nothing from a carrier yet.
