Which carton base belongs in our UR5e pallet section?

The layer review uses an empty sample box. Our packed cartons have internal end supports over the gaps.

Use the actual packed construction for the support review, with the end supports shown in section. Has packaging seen the difference between the sample and the delivered pack?

No. I have sent photos and the packing specification. Empty sample was supplied for size only.

Keep that size-only purpose visible on the old sample, so the trainer or tool designer does not later use it as evidence of a successful packed-carton trial.

And when the real samples arrive, don't just admire the full stack. Someone still has to feed cartons, deal with a damaged one and finish an interrupted order. Different questions from whether the support works.

Lin, agreed, though those work arrangements cannot replace packaging's answer. The revised pattern and the handling proposal should refer to the same packed carton and pallet.

Yes, I meant additional work, not a substitute. A useful support check can coexist with an awkward feeding job

Who owns updating the operator diagram after a pattern change? The old drawing is already clear enough to be copied, even though it describes the wrong sample construction.

Packaging owns the pack reference; integrator owns the pattern and operator diagram. Joint review pending. No revised pattern approved.
