Our arm crate arrived through consolidated freight. The controller crate did not. The signed delivery receipt names the consignment but leaves the package-count box blank; the carrier is citing it as complete delivery. I have requested the depot loading record for the separate controller crate. No trace result yet.

Give the carrier the controller crate's own marking, weight and dimensions from the seller. And ask your receiving team for unloading photos. A consignment number is letting them answer about the wrong box.
